The United States won the men's 4x100 metres medley relay at world championships on Sunday.   

　　The U.S. (Nicholas Thoman, Mark Gangloff, Michael Phelps and Nathan Adrian) finished in a time of 3:32.06 seconds.

　　Australia (Hayden Stoeckel, Brenton Rickard, Geoff Huegill and James Magnussen) took silver in 3:32.36, while Germany (Helge Meeuw, Hendrik Feldwehr, Benjamin Starke and Paul Biedermann) earned the bronze in 3:32.60.
